Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to me and other guests, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. I understand sometimes circumstances beyond your control happen, so please let me know if you cannot keep your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service. If your appointment is cancelled day of (no show), you will be charged the full price of the service booked.

If you are not feeling well, have a fever (or any other possible Covid sympotms) please let me know and your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled without consequence.
